Professional summary

I am a research engineer at heart and enjoy automation through information- and human-driven priors. At the moment I am working at Mech-Mind Robotics, where I build custom vision and robotics applications and usually deploy different ML models at a fast-pace. I enjoy working in cross-disciplinary and innovative teams in order to solve complex, technological problems in a collaborative manner.

Research and academic interests

My primary research interest evolves around the challenge of building intelligent systems, that can interact with the real world and assist people in their daily lives.

In particular, I am interested in designing the right simulations that allow robots to deal with complex, unstructured and novel environments.

I am currently looking into synthetic scene generation for simulation environments and creating novel datasets for cognitive systems through human-in-the-loop feedback.
